The different printing techniques we offer.

Screen printing

This is where you have a silk screen and the ink gets pushed through the screen onto the fabric. Screen printing is wonderful for its vibrant colours, soft feel and great for bulk orders. It is a very cost effective way of printing if you need a big production run with only 1 or 2 colours in your design. With screen printing we have a minimum of 10 items using the same print and ink colour but you may also mix and match the items to make up the numbers.

Heat transfer vinyl

Heat transfer vinyl is wonderful to use especially for tricky garments like stretchy gym wear, Cool dry Sweat wicking polos, High Vis workwear or just any garment. It’s also a great alternative to screen printing as it doesn’t require any minimum order because each print gets cut individually where as with screen printing you need to create a screen first

Vinyl comes in a ranges of colours and texture from very stretchy thin vinyl for gym wear to fun applications like glitter and puff prints. Heat transfer vinyl is also easy if you need to customise each individual shirt (like having its own number or name).

Direct to Film

Direct to Film (DTF) is where the image first gets printed onto a film first and heat pressed after onto a garment. DTF is great for low and big quantities as it doesn’t require a big set up whereas with screen printing you need to create a screen for each individual colour. DTF is a great alternative if you have prints with lots of colour, shading, photographs , etc. Suitable for tricky stretchy material, unusual placements, t-shirts, hoodies and caps.
